Production	Manufacturing facility capable of low and medium series production. Weight range: typically to 500kgs, ultimately to 1000kgs. 1-off and prototype capability.
Melting	Four Inductotherm m/f electric furnaces. Direct reading spectrometer provides prompt chemical analysis, also enables composition changes to be closely monitored.
Moulding	Continuous computerised sandmixers supply moulding lines with indexing tables capable of handling moulds to 600mm square and to 1400mm x 1200mm. Sand reclamation plants reduce the need for sand disposal.
Finishing	Table-blast and Centri-blast machines provide shotblasting facilities. High finishing standards are achieved by high-speed, double-ended grinding capability and extensive range of high-cycle and pneumatic hand tools. Red and black oxide priming is available. Castings are placed on pallets, stacked where possible and shrink-wrapped.
Machining	A Brown & Sharpe System 1500VC machining cell with automatic tool changing, plus a number of drilling machines, provide an in-house machining facility, as required.
